DOSAGE: 2 droppers in a glass of luke warm water 2-3 times a day or as needed to ease menstrual symptoms (pms) & menopause symptoms. Can be taken at night before bed to reduce night sweats & hot flushes.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) can interact with sedative & anticonvulsant drugs
