DOSAGE: 20~30 drops in a small amount of water. 2-3 times a day or as needed to ease menstrual symptoms (pms) & menopause symptoms. Can be taken at night before bed to reduce night sweats & hot flushes. This should be taken regualry to help with high blood pressure.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Motherwort should NOT be used by those with blood clotting or cardiaca issues.

The dried organic plant material was blended then soaked in 80 proof (40%) pure home-brewed organic spirit for one and a half moons 🌕🌑🌕 in my humble apothecary in the magic Numinbah Valley 🌿
