DOSAGE: up to 45~drops daily for anxiety relief or 20~30 drops 30mins before bed to induce deep restful sleep.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: passionflower (passiflora incarnata), valarian root (valariana officinalis), chamomile (matricaria chamomilla) & lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) should not be taken with sedative, anticonvulsant & antipsychotic medications
The dried organic plant material was blended then soaked in 80 proof (40%) pure home-brewed organic spirit for one and a half moons 🌕🌑🌕… except the valarian root which was macerated in 90% home-brewed spirit for two & a half moons…. in my humble apothecary in the magic Numinbah Valley 🌿
