ROSE GERANIUM Herbal Tincture PMS & menopause symptoms support- Organic Remedy – Natural period pain, cramping, bloating, relief.
30ml (1oz) or 50ml (1. 7oz) of ROSE GERANIUM (pelagonium gravolens) herbal extract tincture to lessen common pre menstrual symptoms (PMS) & pre & post menopausal symptoms. Such as period pain, cramping & bloating, mood swings & irritability. Rose geranium can also help to lessen hot flushes & night sweats for those in pre & post menopause (although I would reccomend a blended herbal tincture with wild yam, black cohosh & other herbs for best effect. As well as aiding in common feminine discomforts like pms, Rose geranium also has an action on the heart. Helping to soften the blow of sadness, grief & heart ache. Best taken when experiencing a loss after a loved one has passed away or during a painful breakup. It can help the heart to softnen & open to find joy again.
If experiencing strong menstrual symptoms & menopause symptoms I reccomend a blended herbal tincture that I make called ‘moon magic’. You can find it in my shop.
DOSAGE: 30-60 drops in a glass of luke warm water as needed to ease menstrual symptoms (pms) & menopause symptoms. Can be taken at night before bed to reduce night sweat & hot flushes. Take as needed to ease grief & heartache.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: there are no known adverse interactions with other medications.
